To get started, describe your task with as much detail as possible, including photos and a short video. Specify any necessary licenses, qualifications, tools, or other requirements. Set your budget and post your task privately.

Faastaa securely holds your maximum budget amount, and you control payment release upon completion. Enjoy convenient features like in-app chat, secure Stripe payments, calendar integration, and the option for female customers to hire female Taskers.

Getting started is simple. After creating your login, select the category that matches your task, then provide a comprehensive description, adding photos and a video to illustrate your needs. Our "key information points" prompts will guide you in highlighting the most important details, helping Taskers accurately assess the job.

Faastaa's budget system lets you define a price range for your task. Taskers see your minimum offer and can counter if needed. Offers within your range result in automatic assignment. We recommend setting a fair budget—too low might deter qualified Taskers, while too high could mean overspending. Our experience as Taskers tells us that investing a bit more often leads to significantly better outcomes.

If your offer range doesn't attract Taskers, Faastaa will present you with current offers from a pool of available Taskers. This will help you understand the market rate and adjust your budget range accordingly before resubmitting.

Faastaa's service fee is just 10% (up to a maximum of $34.90). So, for a $100 task, you'll pay $110, plus a small Stripe processing fee. We keep our costs low so you can get the help you need without breaking the bank.

Our platform offers a comprehensive rating and review system, allowing you to see what other customers have said. Video bios let you get to know your potential Tasker, and photo galleries showcase their previous work. Plus, a star rating system helps you make informed decisions.

After we match you with a Tasker, you'll receive an SMS notification. Simply return to the Faastaa app to connect with your Tasker via chat, review their profile and past work, and read customer reviews. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the selection, you have the flexibility to choose a new Tasker.

Just stay online, and job opportunities will be sent directly to you. You'll have up to 7 minutes to respond to each opportunity, so be ready to go! Your video bio is crucial – it's how potential clients get to know you, so make it professional and engaging.
